1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

  • Some states have restrictions on certain supplement ingredients. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier for assistance.

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request an order modification or cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
